If you need to return a product, the following guidelines explain the process and applicable conditions.  


Eligibility for Returns  

To qualify for a return:  

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be returned along with the product.  
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or modified in any manner are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within this specified period.  
  • Products that do not satisfy these eligibility requirements will not be accepted for return.  

 

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Return Request  

Send your return request by email, including your Order ID and the reason for the return, to eclipticacollectivelabspvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Images  

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs showing the issue to help us process your request more efficiently.  

Step 3: Complete the Return Process  

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return procedure.  

We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.  


Refund Process & Timeline  

After the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria. You will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.  


Partial Refund Guidelines  

If a returned item only partially meets the return requirements, such as having minor damage or incomplete packaging, we may issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.  

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly email us clear photographs or videos showing the issue so that we can review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution promptly.
