Shipping Locations  

We currently offer delivery services to all serviceable PIN codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping.  

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date your order is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant order details.  

Delivery Timeline  

Standard delivery usually takes between 3–8 business days after dispatch, allowing your selected fashion products to reach you as quickly as possible.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect shipping address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may contact our support team to arrange a re-delivery.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photographic evidence for review.  

If a shipment is confirmed as lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund after completing verification with our courier partner.
